1. Master students obtain profound knowledge on developing operational management in agri-food business sector. Knowledge about the key objective of supply chain management - providing best value to the customer by measuring, planning and managing all the links in the chain.
2. Master students are able to justifiably explain and discuss the focusing and development direction for supply chain management for agrifood business.
3. Identify planning, organizing and distributing management points for different fields of agribusiness. Define main responsibilities in operational and supply chain management.
4. To be able to independently formulate and critically analyse problems in the field of operations and supply-chain management in agribusiness.
5. To strengthen formulation and understanding about the design and operation of the entire chain from the raw material to delivery of the final product to the customer.
6. Master students are able to define and integrate several elements for supply chain planning, organizing and motivating to be effective.
7. Justify and approbate operational management research methodology for a strategy of logistics and supply chain organization in agribusiness enterprises.
8. Master students are able to justifiably explain supply chain management strategy (schematic and with data justifiable) for competitive agrifood business.
9. Identify global aims in agribusinesses and problematic aspects for achieving the strategic aims.
10. Master students are able to use ethical consequences to using practical and unpublished business information. Make the consequent references to used published research works.
