1. Ethics, morality, social responsibility; definition and main concepts; ethical thinking models; essence and importance of business ethics; eMain ethical problems of contemporary capitalism.
2. Corporate social responsibility: ethics of management, marketing and advertising ethics, financial ethics, IT-ethics, ethics in work relations, ethics in customer relations, environmental ethics.
3. Organisational culture and ethics: ethical decision-making and ethical leadership; solutions for ethical problems.
4. Organisation management: the personnel management and development; the nature and structure of the organisation and management style.
5. Organisation management: the personality and organisation; people's attitudes and values.
6. Communication: communication and roles; different styles of communication; formal communication; groups within the organisation, and communication between them.
7. Business negotiations
8. Conflicts and conflicts management.
