Dalyko anotacija lietuvių kalba

Analizuojama pasirinktų biotechnologijoje taikomų metodų esmė bei jų taikymo galimybės. Praktiškai įsisavinami metodai, atliekami eksperimentai. Analizuojami sukaupti eksperimentiniai duomenys, atliekamas jų statistinis įvertinimas. Darbas parengiamas rašytinio mokslinio pranešimo forma (iki 25 psl.) ir pristato-mas seminare. Rekomenduojama, kad pasirinkti metodai būtų naudojami baigiamajame magistro darbe.

Dalyko anotacija užsienio kalba

The aim of this research project is to analyze scientific and/or technical literature on a chosen methods applied in biotechnology, their applicability and possibilities. Practical realization of methods, experimental work. Analysis of accumulated data, their statistical analysis. Report of the research project should be prepared in the form of written scientific presentation (volume ca. 25 pages) and presented in a seminar. It is recommended, that chosen methods would be applied in preparing the master theses.

To use molecular, cellular, biotechnological methods needed to carry out projects; to participate in all phases of research including planning, preparation, calibration, application, evaluation, data analysis, maintenance.
To be able to design and conduct experiments with mentorship guidance within a defined project; to develop capacity to carry out investigations.
To be able to collect and interpret data; to draw sound scientific conclusions based on data analysis.
To present project reviews for others.

Dalyko studijos valandomis

Consultation – 15 hours, examination – 3 hours, individual work – 137 hours.

Studijų rezultatų vertinimas

Final assessment sums the assessments of paper work (70%), vocally presentation (15%), slide show presentation (15%).
