Japanese Language and Culture (4)

Description

This course aims to teach 100 new kanji and new vocabulary necessary for reading excerpts from Japanese newspapers. The students will learn to discuss on cultural, social and other topics by using intermediate level grammar models, to apply formal Japanese language expressions in everyday situations, to write texts by using special determined expressions (greetings, appologies, enquiries, etc.) and gain qualification equal to A2/B1 or the official 3th category of Japanese language proficiency.

Assesment Criteria

Ability to explain Japanese culture through the prism of the Japanese language; Ability to describe Japanese cultural characteristics and differences; Ability to speak Japanese at A2/B1 level; Ability to work in a team; Ability to complete tasks within set deadlines and format.
