Communication and Audience Development
Description
This course will analyze art projects as a space for dialogue between cultural institutions and society. At the heart of this subject are cultural audiences, their research methods, and community engagement strategies. Students will research and evaluate models for engaging audiences and communication solutions for cultural events. Besides, national and international good practice cases will be analyzed, and audience development projects and recommendations will be prepared.
Aim of the course
To introduce students to the methods of analysis and evaluation of art projects as communication tools in the context of audience development issues.

Assesment Criteria
1. Independently analyze and evaluate the communication of cultural events.
2. Proper analysis of projects involving audiences carried out by cultural institutions.
3. Properly develop creative audience research projects and implement them properly.
4. To properly address the problems of audience involvement and to provide suggestions and recommendations to cultural organizations.
5. Create an innovative and creative audience development / involvement project.
