Commercial Contracts
Description
The purpose of the course is to enable students to acquire knowledge of commercial contracts and their types in the business logistics and trade sector; identify the need for commercial law enforcement, potential challenges, and make decisions through independent analysis of court jurisprudence and other commercial contract law enforcement agencies; critically evaluate commercial contract law rules and make recommendations for mastering and developing reasoning for the interpretation and application of legal principles and norms. The results of the subject are achieved by applying interpretation, discussion, case studies, and other methods.
Aim of the course
To provide systematic and fundamental knowledge by developing students' abilities on the legal regulation and enforcement of commercial contracts and their individual types; legal bases for the conclusion and termination of contracts.

Basic of Law, Business of Foreign Language.

Assesment Criteria
1. An analysis of the system of management entities of the logistics and trading business sector based on the analysis of legal documents.
2. An analysis of potential challenges and their solutions in the specific context of commercial contract law. Different types of solutions have been identified based on their nature and applicability. Problems and drivers for solving legal problems based on regulatory application and development opportunities in the context of the logistics and trading business sector have been identified.
3. The analysis of the commercial contract law in the project work is based on its constructively and intended solution.
4. The innovations of commercial contract law in the project work are selected and based on their implementation strategy, the project implementation plan reflects the principles of the chosen strategy.
5. Define the roles of logistics and trading business entities in the context of the logistics and trading business sector, which are consistent with the proposed strategies for innovation.
6. Analyzing problematic situations related to commercial contract conclusion, nullity, alteration, expiration in the context of logistics and trading business sector.
