Description
Students get acquainted with e-commerce marketplace and different aspects of practical e-commerce implementation – methodology, technologies, tools. Students create a prototype of a B2C e-commerce system during practical work sessions.

2. Structure of an e-shop.
3. Configuration and functional modules of an e-shop.
4. Products and product categories.
5. Product packaging.
6. Management of product pre-ordering.
7. Product price management and marketing.
8. Mangement of producers, suppliers and delivery service.
9. Client management.
10. Search engine optimization.
11. Social networks in e-commerce: facebook, etc.
12. Management of payment methods.
13. E-money organizations: Paypal, Paysera, etc.
14. Blockchains, cryptocurrencies and smart contracts in e-commerce.
Assesment Criteria
1. Describes main features, advantages and drawbacks of more than half of e-commerce conceptions presented during the course.
2. Prepares concise, clear and tidy practical task reports, provides relevant answers to teacher‘s questions.
3. Essay and its presentation properly prepared and presented, following the provided structure and criteria, formulating the problem to be solved, analyzing the problem and formulating argumented conclusions.
