Intelligent Technologies and Materials in Applied Physics
Research overview
The main targets of this group are as follows:
- Design and develop environmentally safe materials for the photovoltaic energy conversion systems.
- Design and develop crystalline ferroelectric materials for the novel optoelectronic devices.
- Synthesize and explore new quantum materials using high pressure and varied temperature methods.
- To create and investigate new piezomechanical systems for super small size flying devices (drones), using “smart” materials and technologies.
- To create and investigate prototypes of new ultrasonic systems for acoustic levitation, traveling wave motor used in photo/video cameras, water pollution cleaning device.
- Investigate properties of nanodiamonds in cancer affected cells bimodal visualization (fluorescent and magnetic) as well as for drug delivery detection.
