VMU Announced Open Competition for Teaching and Research Staff Positions

Vytautas Magnus University announces an open competition for teaching and research staff positions. List of open positions.

Those wishing to take part in the competition are kindly requested to provide the following documents:

• Application
• CV;
• Certificate confirming academic and scientific work/artistic activity experience (for VMU employees – the Certificate is issued by the Human Resources Department and for the employees of other Institutions – the responsible Department at that Institution);
• Copies of diplomas and certificates confirming scientific degrees and academic titles;
• A list of scientific publications and scientific activity according to a given form:
  • • Fields of Natural Sciences, Technology and Agricultural Sciences (list of scientific publications in English)
    • Fields of Humanities and Social Sciences (list of scientific publications in English)
    • List of Academic Activities in the Past 5 Years
• List of artistic (creative) activities according to the provided form.
• When applying for the reseracher’s position – a 5 (five) year preliminary plan of activities.
• Declaration on the Mandatory Competencies Required for a Researcher’s Career Stages (Not Applicable to Artists):
  • • Leading (For the Position of Professor)
    • Established (For the Position of Associate Professor) 
    • Recognised (For the Position of Assistant)
