Short term courses and summer / winter schools are the exclusive possibility for VMU students to visit other country, get to know its culture, gain various skills, learn or improve the foreign language and receive the certificate with the awarded credits.
Vytautas Magnus University has established additional mobility scholarships for VMU students who are interested in short term courses and summer / winter schools abroad.

VMU Mobility Scholarship Competition is open year-round.
The number of available scholarships is limited. The funding limit for the courses organised in 2024 has been reached. Therefore, the competition is suspended till November 2024. The competition will be open in November for participation in the courses organised in 2025.
All VMU full-time degree students are welcome to participate in the competition. Exception applies for the last semester students and BA first semester students. The participants must prove a great academical performance without academic debts and academic hold.

After final list of selected students is announced, candidates are contacted by VMU International Cooperation Department (ICD) coordinator. Coordinator provides all mobility related information and necessary documentation before, during and after the mobility period.
