Students coming from EU / EFTA countries must apply for European Health Insurance Card (EHIC) in their home country, where they are insured to receive the necessary medical care services, before the arrival. All students must make sure that EHIC is valid for their entire study period.
Important information about EHIC:
Vytautas Magnus University does not provide health insurance, so students from non-EU/EFTA countries are required to get private Health Insurance from their countries prior coming to Lithuania.
