Students of all levels from VMU and other Transform4Europe (T4EU) partner universities are invited to participate in the T4EU summer course at the University of Alicante. The event will take place on 15–17 September 2026 in Alicante, Spain.

The course “Generative Models and Creative and Artistic Industries” will explore the intersection of Artificial Intelligence (AI), Computer Science, and creative disciplines such as Fine Arts and Design. Participants will learn about the technical and creative applications of generative models used to produce high-quality images, video content, and 3D assets, as well as their physical realization through 3D printing technologies. The course will also address important theoretical and societal aspects, including AI ethics, security protocols, intellectual property law, and privacy issues in creative industries.

The programme combines hands-on workshops, expert lectures, a student competition, and a roundtable discussion between international experts, offering participants the opportunity to collaborate, develop innovative projects, and engage with emerging technologies shaping the creative sector.

BA, MA and PhD students will have the opportunity to participate in the course and receive 2 ECTS credits upon successful completion. The working language of the course will be English (minimum level B2).

The students’ trip will be financed by T4EU.
