VMU to Host International T4EU Conference ‘PROF-SYNERGY’

On 9-11 April 2025, Vytautas Magnus University will host Transform4Europe Alliance’s international conference “Enhancing Professional Excellence: Synergy of Academic and Non-Academic Staff (PROF-SYNERGY)”.
The conference is part of the Transform4Europe Alliance’s conference series. The event follows the tradition of the previous Inno-Methods conferences, which focused on innovative teaching and learning methods in higher education.
This year’s conference marks a significant evolution as it brings academic and non-academic staff together, aiming to foster a more profound synergy between these groups. During this conference, organizers will seek to create opportunities for meaningful exchanges between academic and non-academic staff, promoting collaboration across professional roles within higher education. This new conference format emphasizes the importance of professional growth and collective development within the educational community.
During the event, participants can look forward to innovative presentations, more than 20 different professional development sessions, the T4EU Innovative Teaching Awards and Non-Academic Staff Awards ceremony, a social program, a science café, and a tour of VMU with the opportunity to visit the university’s laboratories. Organizers invite all VMU employees, students, and stakeholders to actively participate and share their experiences in fostering a culture of continuous professional development.
