Starting from Wednesday 2 October, free Pragya Yoga Courses will be organised at the VMU Baltija Dormitory (71 Vytauto pr., Kaunas) by students Devanshu Sharma and Shilpi Prakash from Dev Sanskriti University (DSVV) in India. The yoga sessions will be held for two months at 5.30 p.m. every Monday, Wednesday and Friday. All members of VMU community are welcome.

The students organising the courses came to VMU from Dev Sanskriti University in India, where students are taught not just the subjects of their specialization but also yoga and related therapies. DSVV is one of the leading global institutions in the field of yogic science. This university also has Asia’s first ever Centre for Baltic Culture & Studies.

The guests from India are hoping to share their knowledge and skills of yoga with Lithuanians. These free courses are their gift to the entire VMU community. The courses will introduce the method of Pragya Yoga.

More information and registration will be available during the first session on 2 October, 5.30 p.m., at VMU Baltija Dormitory (71 Vytauto pr.).
