Share Your Logo Idea for the VMU Student Wellbeing Programme

Vytautas Magnus University (VMU) Student Affairs Department invites students to submit their ideas for the logo of the VMU Student Wellbeing Programme. This programme provides support and services aimed at enhancing students’ psychological, social, and academic wellbeing while fostering a supportive university community. The logo will strengthen the programme’s recognition, solidify its identity, and create an emotional connection with the university community, especially the students it serves. Only VMU students are eligible to submit logo ideas.

VMU representatives will select the author of the best idea, who will be rewarded with a €350 scholarship. The final logo, based on the selected idea, will be consistently used in materials related to the VMU Student Wellbeing Programme, including social media, events, and other initiatives promoting student wellbeing. Submissions are accepted until February 2, 2025 (inclusive).

Evaluation criteria:

  • Creativity and originality of the idea.
  • Coherence and completeness of the concept.
  • Relevance to the theme of VMU student wellbeing.

Guidelines for creating the logo idea:

  • The idea should reflect the essence and purpose of the VMU Student Wellbeing Program.
  • It should connect to university students, student life, their wellbeing, and VMU as an institution. · The idea must align with the VMU branding.

How to submit your logo idea:

  • Provide a detailed description of your logo idea, explaining the reasoning behind your concept and its meaning (in an open “Word” file or PDF format).
  • Include a sketch of the logo idea (this can be a digital graphic, a hand-drawn and photographed sketch, or any other format you prefer). If you don’t provide a sketch, ensure your description clearly explains the visual concept.

Submission process:

Logo ideas can only be submitted by VMU students via email to studentas@vdu.lt by February 2, 2025 (inclusive). Please include “Student Wellbeing Logo Idea” in the subject line of your email. In the email, provide your full name, phone number, email address, and attach your detailed logo idea description (and sketch, if available).
