Intensive German Language Courses for Students
Saarland University invites students of VMU and other Transform4Europe alliance’s universities to participate in intensive German language courses. Two types of courses are offered: in September, on-site course will be organized at Saarland University in Germany, while in October, an online course will be organized. Participant registration is open until 2 June.
Those wishing to take part in the courses need to have at least A2 level knowledge of German. Previous knowledge of the German language is mandatory, therefore beginners cannot be admitted to this course.
The course has been specially designed to meet the needs of exchange students preparing to study in Germany or at Saarland University (UdS). The German intensive language course is thematically designed to meet the needs of students of Erasmus+ and other exchange programmes and is therefore very suitable for students of the T4EU alliance. The reading and listening comprehension texts have been specifically chosen to provide the students with information about student life at Saarland University – both on campus and in and around Saarbrücken.
Saarland University is covering the course fee for 10 students (online) and 5 students (on-site) through our Internationalization fund for T4EU students, so participation is free of charge.
