Competition for Students: Create a Vision for Europe and Win Prizes

What are the ideas that ignite young people’s passion for Europe? What are the facts, arguments and experiences that can inspire Europeans to build a better Europe for tomorrow? Member of the European university alliance Transform4Europe (T4EU), Saarland University, invites students from all member universities of T4EU, including VMU, to take part in the competition of ideas A Vision for Europe and win prizes of up to 2,500 euros. Submission deadline is 31 March.
The organizers welcome submissions of visions for Europe in German, English or French and in the following forms: conceptual ‘sketch’, essay, literary work (each about 3-5 pages of text), or graphic short story (about 10-15 pages). It is also possible to work in groups.
The most convincing entries will receive a prize money: 1st prize €2500, 2nd prize €1500, 3rd prize €1000.
Students may send submissions to vision-fuer-europa[at]outlook.de until 31 March.
The competition is organized by Saarland University and the Friedrich Foundation (Friedrich Stiftung).
