Christmas VMU Health Challenge
Vytautas Magnus University community is invited to the winter season event “Christmas VMU Health Challenge 2025”, which will take place on December 17 (Wednesday) at 4:30 p.m. in the training hall of the VMU Sports Center (Studentų g. 11, Akademija, Kaunas district).
During the event, participants will have the opportunity to try out various health tests, including arm and back strength, lung capacity, jump height, and other tests. Before the tests, participants will undergo a thorough warm-up, and the best performers will receive VMU prizes.
The event is open to all members of the VMU community and guests, regardless of their level of physical fitness.
