Time for Asia: Public Lecture on Seven Days in Tibet
The VMU Centre for Asian Studies is starting the new season of “Time for Asia” events. On Friday 27 September, 3 p.m., Dr. Linas Didvalis will hold a public lecture titled "Seven Days in Tibet" at VMU Centre for Research and Studies (23 V. Putvinskio g., Room 102).

Leonidas Donskis Memorial Conference Will Focus on the Other Russia
In honor and memory of Professor Leonidas Donskis, a prominent thinker, philosopher and beloved member of Vytautas Magnus University's community, the VMU Andrei Sakharov Research Center for Democratic Development will organize a conference, Building Bridges: Thoughts about the Other Russia, which will be held at VMU Small Hall (28 S. VMU to Welcome Assistant Minister on European Affairs of Palestine
On Thursday 12 September, 1.30 p.m., a public lecture will be given at VMU Centre for Research and Studies (23 V. Putvinskio g., Room 311) by Ambassador - Assistant Minister on European Affairs at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Palestine, Dr. Amal A. Jadou. The politician will also visit the VMU Rector's Office and meet with the university's administration.
