The AgriFood Forum 2021 will propose a new direction

The AgriFood Forum 2020 was a real surprise. The two-day forum, which was organized virtually for the first time, attracted more than 1,800 unique viewers, 500 of whom were participants from abroad. What is more, each participant spent an average of more than 4 hours on the forum. The AgriFood Lithuania DIH, the main organizer of the event, has a very clear mission for the AgriFood Forum 2021. According to the hub, it is time to turn ambitions into real actions and commonly agree on the implementation of the sustainable food supply chain. The hybrid AgriFood Forum 2021 will take place on 25th of November.

VMU Centre of Kaunas History invites everyone to participate in the 26th annual scientific and interdisciplinary conference dedicated to research on Kaunas titled Centenary of Vytautas Magnus University: Its Significance to the City and the State. The conference will take place on February 24-25th, 2022 at Vytautas Magnus University, marking the centenary of its inception. VMU was founded in 1922 and named after Vytautas the Great in 1930.

Competitions After the Opening of a Sports Center

The opening ceremony of the President Valdas Adamkus Sports Center, which will present the largest university sports complex in the country adapted to various sports and needs, will take place on Wednesday, November 17, in the Akademija campus (Studentų g. 9A, Kaunas District). After the opening of the sports center, spectators are invited to watch the first competitions: at 4 p.m., sports fans are invited to watch the regional basketball league competition VMU:KTU (men), and at 7:30 p.m. - the national student volleyball league competition VMU:VU (women).
