Ukrainian Center to Hold International Conference Marking 3rd Year of War in Ukraine
On Friday 21 February, 12.30–5.30 p.m., international conference ‘Three Years, Countless Futures: Protecting Freedom and Ukraine’s Children’ will be held at the Ukrainian Center in the Education Academy of Vytautas Magnus University (31 T. Ševčenkos g., Vilnius) in commemoration of the third year of the war in Ukraine.
Kino Pavasaris and VMU invite to a screening of The Lovers on the Bridge
In 1995, one of Lithuania’s most significant cultural events, the Kino Pavasaris festival, was born. Its very first screening featured Leos Carax’s iconic 1991 film, The Lovers on the Bridge (Les Amants du Pont-Neuf), a poignant story set against the backdrop of a Paris under repair, where two lonely souls find each other.
