VMU Centre for Asian Studies invites all to the opening of the exhibition "25 Years of East Asia Studies in Kaunas" which will be taking place on March 7th, 16:45 at 4th floor gallery, V. Putvinskio st. 23, Kaunas. The event is free of charge and open to all.

VMU Agriculture Academy to Organize International Week
VMU Agriculture Academy invites all students, lecturers and other university community members to participate in the International Week, which will take place on 4-8 March at the Business and Rural Development Research Institute under the Faculty of Bioeconomy Development (Universiteto g. 10, Room 404, Akademija, Kaunas District). At the event, foreign university lecturers will give lectures to students in English.

Time for Asia: Lecture on Korea by H.E. Mira Sun

Conference to Discuss Religious Communities in the Age of Migration
On 24-25 October VMU will host a conference entitled Religious Communities in the Age of Migration: Challenges, Experiences and Opportunities. The conference is organised by VMU research cluster Church Relations with State and Society in Lithuania.

VMU Asian Week 2019
The Centre for Asian Studies (CAS) at Vytautas Magnus University together with the students’ clubs “Hallyu”, “Hashi” and “Wu Wei” invites all students, Kaunas residents and city’s guests to the VMU Asian Week 2019. This year the event will take place on March 4-8 in venues of VMU and other public places in Kaunas.

VMU to Host Interdisciplinary Swamp School
On Thursday 7 March, 5.30 p.m., a unique project will be presented at VMU Centre for Research and Studies (V. Putvinskio g. 23): Swamp School, an experimental lab which represented Lithuania at the Venice Biennale in 2018. The project is curated by researchers from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), VMU’s visiting professors Nomeda and Gediminas Urbonas.
