Special Course 1

Description

Special Course 1: Anthropology of War: History, Theory, and Field Research. The contents of the special (open) course depend upon the subject taught. It can deal with any topic or field of anthropology that is not part of the regular curriculum of the Social Anthropology Program, especially with important current issues from an anthropological perspective. The open course is usually taught by visiting faculty on the field of their specific expertise and based on their fieldwork experience. The course aims at deepening students’ knowledge and competencies related with programme’s aims and learning outcomes.
