Vilnius IFF Invites: An Exclusive Screening of “The Chronology of Water”
A young woman finds her voice through the written word and her salvation as a swimmer – ultimately becoming a triumphant teacher, mother and a singular modern writer.
This is “The Chronology of Water”, the debut feature from Kristen Stewart, based on the memoir of Lithuanian-origin writer Lidia Yuknavitch. The visual and vibrant story details the self-proclaimed language bandit’s journey through trauma, addiction, and finding her voice through writing. Yuknavitch, an icon in the US literary world, is portrayed by Imogen Poots.
