European Summer Course 2026: Study, Travel, and Network in Germany
Students and young professionals are invited to join the upcoming European Summer Course: “Resilience, Sustainability and Challenging Global Crisis – Exploring Law, Policy and Governance”. Organized by the Europa-Institut of Saarland University, this program offers a unique academic experience in an international atmosphere.
The courses will be held on 13–22 July 2026 at the European Academy Otzenhausen & Saarland University Campus, Germany. The event’s target group are active and open-minded Bachelor, Master, and PhD students, as well as young professionals from all fields.
The course uses diverse teaching methods to provide an inside view of the EU:
- Core Topics: EU integration, international public law, economic security, and strategic resilience.
- Learning: Lectures from renowned experts, professionally designed workshops, and simulations.
- Field Trips: Visits to European Institutions in Strasbourg, plus trips to Trier and Schengen.
Fees and Financial Support
- Participation Fee: 995 Euro (covers the full program, field trips, meals, and lodging).
- Scholarships: Students from Transform4Europe alliance universities are eligible for scholarships to partially cover costs.
