Apply Now: Transform4Europe Buddy Programme for students (Extended Deadline)
Vytautas Magnus University has opened a call for students' applications to join the Transform4Europe Buddy Programme. This initiative offers students the opportunity to participate in an international academic and cultural exchange, supporting incoming community members from partner universities and contributing to the integration and engagement efforts of the Transform4Europe network. Applications can be submitted online before 31 December.

The Spanish Language Will Open Doors Not Only to the Labour Market but Also to Many Hearts
“The tradition of teaching Spanish is quite old. Just look at our neighbours, the Poles – they have certainly advanced in teaching this language and have been offering it in schools for a long time. Currently in Lithuania, we are observing a growing interest in this language not only in city schools but also in regional schools. I often receive messages from parents asking if I would be willing to teach their children,” says Vigilija Žiūraitė, a Spanish language lecturer at the Institute of Foreign Languages of Vytautas Magnus University (VMU).

The application for accommodation for new incoming international students
Vytautas Magnus University (VMU) announces that applications for accommodation in VMU dormitories for new incoming international students will be started from December 15, 2024.

The student survey Teaching and learning evaluation has been launched
At the end of each semester, all students of bachelor, master, integrated and professional studies as well as free movers are invited to share their opinion about teachers’ and their own work during the study courses. The Autumn semester survey has started at University, and it will be open until the 23 of December.

At the University, Each of Us Is a Part of Connections
On 8 November, Vytautas Magnus University (VMU) hosted a unique event that brought together hundreds of people – pupils from across Lithuania, VMU students, teachers, and alumni participated in various lectures, presentations, job interviews, discussions, and a concert. Titled “VMU Connections,” the event provided a platform for attendees to meet, interact, and share knowledge, experiences, and career opportunities.
