Information Session on Study and Research Opportunities in Germany
On Thursday, 28 September at 2 pm. the DAAD Information Centre Riga (DAAD = German Academic Exchange Service) will host an information session for students and researchers of Vytautas Magnus University (VMU) about academic opportunities in Germany and DAAD scholarships. The event is open for pupils and their parents, students, researchers, and anyone who is interested!

Competition for the scholarship of S. Banaitis
Saliamonas Banaitis scholarship was established at the University in 2016 to celebrate the 100th anniversary of the restoration of Lithuanian statehood by his grandchildren living in Canada. The aim of the scholarship is to support and encourage the most talented students at the University conducting research related to personalities, organisations, events or processes of the First Independent Republic of Lithuania (1918-1940), which in one way or another are connected with the activities and environment of the signatory of the Act, S. Banaitis.

Erasmus Days are about to start!
Students are invited to attend Erasmus Days, which will be held September 19 -21. Our most knowledgeable employees will be available at prearranged times to answer questions and offer guidance as you decide where to study abroad for your Erasmus programme.

The National Blood Centre together with VMU invites members of the university community to take part in the blood donation campaign! Date and time: September 12th, 10:00-15:30. Location: K. Donelaičio str. 52, Kaunas.

Indonesian students are amazed by the beauty of Lithuania
Starting in 2021, Vytautas Magnus University (VMU) has entered into very important cooperation with Indonesian International Student Mobility Awards (IISMA) programme. In 2023 IISMA has 67 partners in 25 countries with 1150 Awardees. VMU is the only university in Lithuania that has entered this unique cooperation framework.

Registration for T4EU Course Offer at BA Level (regularly updated)
The university network Transform4Europe invites students to choose its track courses for bachelor students which aim to train a new generation of young Europeans who will work together across disciplines and acquire digital, intercultural and entrepreneurial skills. This training enables you to actively shape the necessary transformation processes in Europe. Most of the courses are conducted online. Registration is conducted online.
