T4EU European University Open Call for Student Initiatives
The Transform4Europe Alliance (T4EU) has officially launched the third open call for student initiatives.
This provides an excellent opportunity for student clubs, organizations, or proactive student teams to receive funding and bring their visions to life. This initiative is not just about financial support; it is a vital step in strengthening the international student community and fostering a sense of belonging to one shared T4EU Alliance.
Main criteria for teams
- The team must consist of at least 5 students.
- Members must represent at least 3 different T4EU Alliance universities (e.g., VMU students collaborating with peers from Germany, Poland, Italy, or other partner universities).
- Each student can participate in only one initiative.
T4EU welcomes projects that promote:
- Inclusion and diversity;
- Sustainability;
- Wellbeing.
Each initiative can receive up to €2,500 in funding to cover direct implementation costs (materials, equipment rental, event organization, travel, etc.). The project duration is up to 1.5 years.
How to participate?
- Find your partners: If you are looking for like-minded students at other partner universities, T4EU encourages you to use the T4EU Green Campus Catalogue, where you can find information on existing student groups and organizations.
- Prepare the application: Complete the online application form and the budget template (you can find the link and all necessary documents here).
- Submit: Send the completed budget form via email to: transform4europe@upr.si.
Applications are accepted until March 20, 2026.
