Students Invited to Apply for T4EU Course on Digital Archaeology

Estonian Academy of Arts, in collaboration with the Transform4Europe Alliance (T4EU), invites students of VMU and other T4EU partners to apply for Digital Archaeology in Search of the Ephemeral: Creative Research Capacities, a unique Blended Intensive Programme (BIP). This international course will take place virtually on November 24, 2025, and will have a face-to-face component in Tallinn, Estonia on 26–30 January, 2026.
It offers an opportunity to explore how digital tools and creative research methods can uncover and reimagine ephemeral traces of culture. Through online lectures and interactive workshops in Tallinn, participants will engage with themes like visual archives, digital archaeology, speculative design, and interdisciplinary research practices.
The programme is open to BA (final years), MA, and PhD students from Transform4Europe partner universities who are interested in art, design, digital humanities, history, or cultural studies.
Participants will receive 3 ECTS upon completion.
The organizers strongly encourage curious and creative students to take part in this inspiring experience.
Travel and accommodation costs will be covered through Erasmus+ funding.
The deadline to apply is September 15, 2025.
If you have any questions, feel free to contact the VMU T4EU Team at Transform4Europe@vdu.lt.
