Public Lecture „Italy as Global Actor”

Department of Political Science of Vytautas Magnus University (VMU) is inviting to a public lecture of Mr. Emanuele de Maigret, Ambassador of Italy to the Republic of Lithuania. The topic of the meeting – „Italy as Global Actor”.

The distinguished guest will analyze Italy’s current geopolitical priorities. How Italy is strengthening its diplomacy and dealing with security and defense challenges together with other EU, NATO and G7 countries? What are the main foreign policy initiatives?

All questions will be discussed on Monday, November 25, at 16.00. Public lecture will take place in 311 room, Putvinskio 23. Moderator of the meeting – Assoc. Prof. Andžej Pukšto.
