New Students E-application System has been launched

Vytautas Magnus University (VMU) is launching a new students e-application system that will facilitate the process of submitting requests and informing students about the decision-making process.
From now on, some requests and applications shall be submitted electronically on VMU Student Portal → “Applications” → “Requests”.
On the system you will be able to choose one of three categories of applications – “Finances”, “Dormitory” and “Personal Data” (the number of application types and forms will be increased in future).
To submit a new e-application, click on the button “Select” and choose the type of request you want to submit:
- Finance
- Scholarships and other support
- Fees exemptions and compensations
- Fees
- Certificates
- General application for finances
- Dormitory
- Complaint / Explanation
- Parking
- Certificate dormitories
- General request for dormitories
- Personal data
- Application for the change of personal identification data
- Application for the change of contact information
- General application for the change of personal information
If you want to find the e-application and its form you are looking for more easily and quickly, please enter at least 3 characters of the name of the request you are interested in or the number of it in the search box.
Once you have selected the request that you want to submit, please fill in the form and attach the necessary documents (if required). Once you have completed the application, submit it by clicking on the button “Submit”.
After submitting your request, you will be able to check the progress of your request and receive information on the decision in the section “My Requests”. Please note, that information is presented in the columns “Action” and “Status”.
