Transform4Europe – T4EU: The European University for Knowledge EntrepreneursItem type:Project, Tarptautinis / International2023-11-01 - 2027-10-31. Transform4Europe (T4EU) is a strategic alliance of 10 diverse universities from across all 4 regions of Europe. They have come together with the joint vision of creating an integrated, inclusive multi-campus university based on shared European values to educate and train knowledge-entrepreneurs as drivers of transformation for the benefit of sustainable and resilient European societies. To achieve this, T4EU will intensify its previous endeavours to embed the alliance in a network of the surrounding regions, creating an interregional innovation ecosystem in which students, researchers and external stakeholders collaborate in the T4EU focus areas of digital transformation and smart regions, environmental transformation and sustainability, and societal transformation and inclusion to jointly drive the development of Europe through the regions.

Lietuvoje fiksuojami mokinių pasiekimų atotrūkiai priklausomai nuo socialinio ekonominio kultūrinio konteksto ir mokslinės literatūros įžvalgos apie šių mokinių patiriamus mokymosi sunkumus (menką akademinės sėkmės patyrimo galimybę, mažiau pozityvias mokytojų nuostatas, socialinės sąveikos problemas) iškėlė šio projekto idėją – pateikti tyrimo duomenimis pagrįstas rekomendacijas, kaip įgalinti mokyklų bendruomenes sukurti mokymuisi palankią aplinką, kurioje kiekvienas mokinys pasiektų mokymosi pažangą.

Pagrindinė problema, kurią numatoma spręsti projekto įgyvendinimo metu - trūksta taikomųjų tyrimų ir eksperimentinės plėtros žinių, susijusių su mokinių mokymosi ir mokytojų mokymo veiklos modeliais bendrojo ugdymo srityje, siekiant efektyvinti mokymo ir mokymosi procesą. Projekte numatomi taikomieji moksliniai tyrimai (taikomų algoritmų kūrimas remiantis esamais baziniais algoritmais) ir eksperimentinė plėtra edukologijos ir duomenų mokslo sąsajoje, siekiant sukurti stebėsenos ir sprendimų priėmimo sistemą mokymosi proceso efektyvumo gerinimui.

The project continues the idea of inclusive education development in the system of general education of European countries. The conducted scientific research revealed that all the European countries seek to establish inclusive education systems and to ensure equal opportunities for each learner to experience learning success. In some countries there are schools applying systems of inclusive education; however, efforts towards the universal change in educational systems face a complicated inertia of traditional educational systems.

TEACH-UP (TEACHer Upskilling Policy experimentation) builds on the ET2020 Working Group on Schools’ work highlighting the need for quality teacher education on the new role and competences of teachers throughout their career. To meet this need, TEACH-UP aims to design, implement, evaluate and disseminate a policy experimentation by: Developing online courses for teachers in Initial Teacher Education (ITE) or Continuing Professional Development (CPD) on topics related to their new role: Teacher collaboration, Personalising learning, Formative peer assessment and Creativity. Testing and comparing two different instructional designs and delivery modes in a randomised controlled trial. Running multi stakeholder national and European Dialogue Labs. With 17 partners (ministries of education, teacher education and research organisations) in 13 countries coordinated by European Schoolnet, TEACH-UP informs policy action in teacher education by providing institutional, local, regional, central and EU policy makers with concrete evidence from field trials on the: Comparative efficacy and cost-effectiveness of different modes of online courses, for ITE or CPD. Optimal conditions for securing high retention rates in online courses for teachers, including the role of self-regulated learning. Conditions under which peer assessment can be reliably used in online teacher education, building and recognising teachers’ capacities as reflective and networked practitioners.
