Pedagogical theory of Jonas Vabalas - Gudaitis’, an outstanding Lithuanian psychologist and pedagog, covers a braid scale of problems of upbringing - he was dealing with educational questions of various age groups of people and presented a scientific theory of education. He paid a great attention for the upbringing of a child in a family and at school.

Akademiniam jaunimui skaitomi šeimotyros dalykai (familistika, šeimos pedagogika, šeimos tyrimas ir konsultavimas, šeimos terapija ir kt.) daro teigiamą poveikį jų pačių, kaip būsimų sutuoktinių, nuostatoms, kurios čia vadinamos matrimo- nialinėmis. The present work with preschool education show us the previous and present structure of education favour effecting. Like I have presented it in my work Social worker’s part in preschool education institution – modeling social favour rendering. The one education system purpose is that prospect pedagogical community needing to analyze social work changing nowadays education dimension contest. One of topicality is that in XXI age progressive pedagogical study like the education system outlasts new time and also has the new theoretical and practical point. The one leading purpose – universal person’s can development reformatted education accommodation: The elevating person, who can tune to him, surrounding social ambient, moral, graft for children demanding social lineament and internal. At the country where is social, economical and cultural changing just showing us the social and educated favour development. Considering market – led term and competition the new technologies chance must be quit good seeing at all that and actually the person’s mutability and public social needed and them do.

One of the basic parameters of social breeding is professional expectation. Professional expectation of students of primary level are inspired by social environment, close people, mass media, the activity of these students and their learning motivation. There are relations that mean interchangeability among these indicators. These relations determine the content of primary students' social sense, that is, an early social determination. This determination cannot be dissociated from the attitude of learning all life and the perspective of successful social life. Children's social springs of expectation is not ruined in the educational process, and the gap between child's external experienced world and his interests, knowledge (ability to evaluate, what he/ she wants and has at the moment) make presumptions to study. In conclusion, professional expectation may help to formulate particular aims of education and training.

The article is dedicated to the educational reality and theoretical urgency of this area. This article broadly analyzes the urgent problem: evaluation of the USA experience of "Comprehensive Sex Education" and other pedagogic (etiologic) approaches are postulated. It is stated that more social control from government and non-government organizations is needed. It is necessary to apply other educational programs orientated towards cultivating high spirituality and chastity at schools. The problem under discussion is presented in wider social economic context (not only Lithuanian). This kind of phenomenon has a tendency to spread out as social tectonic wave, and its neutralization, similar to prevention of terrorism, gains a global character. What is important in education in Lithuania is important to the most of European and other countries as well.
