Abstract: Straipsnyje analizuojama šeimos fotografija kaip atskira socialinės fotografijos tema, tikrovės fiksavimo priemonė, būdas ir metodas. Nagrinėjamas fotografijos vertinimas ir poveikis puoselėjant šeimos vertybes. Fotografijos istorinė raida ir šiandienis panaudojimas aptariamas ne tik meniniu ir vizualizacijos aspektu, bet ir analizuojamas kaip šeimos istorijos dokumentavimas bei kaip ugdomasis metodas
This paper analyses the photograph of a family as a separate theme of social photography as well as a means, technique and method of reality fixing. Evaluation of photography and its impact on fostering family values are studied. Historical development of photography and its use at present is discussed not only from the artistic and visualization perspective but as an educational method
