Straipsnyje aptariamas įmonės transformavimas į darnią įmonę. Remiantis sukaupta teorine ir praktine medžiaga, įvertinant aplinkos vadybos, strateginio valdymo ir darnaus vystymosi principus bei sistemas, jame nagrinėjamas įmonės transformavimo į darnią įmonę strateginio valdymo procesas.
Abstract (en)
The article evaluates the process of the strategical management of the transformation of the firm to the sustainable firm. According to the collected theoretical and practical material, the process of the strategical management of the transformation of the firm to the sustainable firm from the viewpoint of principles and systems of environmental management, strategical management and sustainable development are reviewed.
