Abstract (lt)
Straipsnyje, susisteminus mokslinės literatūros analizės rezultatus, išnagrinėtas formalizuotas darbuotojų vertinimo komandose procesas. Išskiriami ir apibūdinami 3 vertinimo proceso etapai ir jį sudarantys žingsniai; aptariami vertinimo ypatumai darbo ir paslaugų, projektų bei tinklinėse komandose. Vertinimui siūloma naudoti 360 laipsnių grįžtamojo ryšio metodą.
Abstract (en)
The paper deals with the formal process of the performance appraisal in teams by analyzing scientific literature. There are identified and described three stages of the appraisal process, as well as presented the differences of appraisal in the work and service teams, the project teams, and the network teams. There is recommended to apply the 360-degree feedback assessment.
