Abstract
The goal of this article is to introduce creative thinking in the individual and organizational context. It is emphasized the necessity to learn how to practice it and then promote it constantly, also to develop creative culture enabling high idea output, which enables high innovation. There is offered the creativity stimulation program, which could serve as the implementation of creative methods for problem solving in the daily working environment and could result in new creative projects as well as in the new individual and organizational attitudes.

naujovÄms, lankstumui ir gebÄjimui prisitaikyti sparÄiai kintanÄiame pasaulyje, bei kÅ«rybiÅ¡kai valdyti įvairovÄ. Pateikiama kÅ«rybiÅ¡kumo skatinimo programa, kuri galÄtų bÅ«ti, kaip kÅ«rybiÅ¡ki problemų sprendimo metodai kasdieninÄje veikloje, skatinantys naujus kÅ«rybinius projektus, keiÄiantys individualius ir organizacinius poÅŸiÅ«rius.
