The coach of the Lithuanian Athletes' Training Centre frequently foresee for their athletes that sport results not corresponding with their real possibilities. Athletes do not gain necessary physical load due to the shortage of the training camps. Research which is done evaluating the effectiveness of different stages and adaptation to the physical load plays a significant role in the management of the athletes' training. [...]
