The analysis of scientific literature indicates and the results of the questionnaire of the students and their parents prove that the problem analysed — the pedagogical communication - bases and is depending on the Golden rules and respect for a human being. The moral pedagogical communication base is disclosed applying the scientific literature analysis and the semantic differential methods. The moral pedagogical communication bases depend from the Golden rules and the respect of human being has their manifestation in tolerance practiced by a teacher. The pedagogical communication is the most important rank of the profession. The rank of the profession, which is the communication, tolerance and understanding; it is also and a mean of bringing up. The research has shown that the students estimates are done on the basis of such ranks of pedagogical communication as justice, tolerance and tact, patience, respect to you and friends. What concerns their parent's estimates, they are based on such ranks as emotions, culture and humanism.
