Straipsnyje analizuojamas Kretingos darželio mokyklos „Pasaka“ bendruomenės dalyvavimas (sąlygų ir galimybių aspektu) kuriant organizacijos kultūrą. Organizacijos kultūra suprantama kaip jos narių elgesio, įpročių raiška, dominuojančios vertybės, organizacijos narių vertybinės nuostatos bei psichologinis klimatas. Empirinio tyrimo metu, įjungiant darželio-mokyklos pedagogus, vaikų tėvus ir mokinius, nustatomas darželio-mokyklos bendruomenę sudarančių grupių požiūris į dalyvavimo organizacijos kultūros kūrimo procesuose sąlygas ir galimybes.

Remiantis vidutiniais metiniais statistiniais duomenimis, šiame straipsnyje vertinami gyventojų aktyvumo ir užimtumo teritoriniai skirtumai Lietuvoje. Be įprastinių statistinių rodiklių, analizėje naudojamas užimtumo lygio komponentų rodiklis pagal šalies regionus. Siekiant išsiaiškinti teritorinių užimtumo skirtumų raidos dėsningumus, buvo išskirtos skirtingos šalies apskričių (regionų) grupės. Prioritetas analizėje teikiamas skirtingų laikotarpių rodiklių dinamikos pokyčiams, kurie atspindi situacijos darbo rinkos raidos cikliškumo specifiką šalies regionuose. Gyventojų aktyvumo pokyčiai straipsnyje detaliau nagrinėjami atsižvelgiant į darbo išteklių stoką šalies regionuose. Atliekant nedarbo analizę, daugiau dėmesio skiriama probleminiams šalies regionams. Tačiau reikia atsižvelgti į tai, kad, vertinant nedarbo skirtumus pagal apskritis, naudojami skirtingi duomenų šaltiniai, kurie grindžiami skirtingomis skaičiavimų metodikomis.

Šiame tyrime analizuojamas ryšys tarp daugiakalbių mokinių, besimokančių prancūzų kaip papildomos kalbos, dalyvaujant pamokose elgesio ir kalbos besimokančiųjų tapatybės, susijusios su konkrečia kalbine bendruomene. Svarbiausia tyrimo sąvoka „dalyvavimas klasėje“ apibrėžiama kaip mokinio indėlio į kalbos mokymąsi žodinė forma, kuri gali apimti kalbos mokymąsi ir pakeisti kalbą besimokančiųjų tapatybę. Tyrimas atliktas vienoje Kroatijos tarptautinėje daugiakalbėje mokykloje; tyrimo dalyviai – aštuoni penktos klasės daugiakalbiai ir daugiakultūriai mokiniai, kurie mokosi prancūzų kalbos kaip papildomos. Duomenų rinkimo tikslais buvo išanalizuotos ir įrašytos prancūzų kalbos pamokos bei 12 vaizdo įrašų, kurių bendra trukmė apie 480 minučių. Atlikta kiekvieno mokinio dalyvavimo kokybinė analizė, siekiant nustatyti klasės narių statusą. Analizė parodė, jog iš pasirinktos teorinės perspektyvos, kai papildoma kalba suvokiama kaip priemonė naudoti galią ir naudotis galia, kalbą besimokančiųjų tapatybę galima apibūdinti kaip dinamišką tokių tapatybės pozicijų derinį: kalbos besimokantis galios pozicijoje; kalbos besimokantis aukštesnėje galios pozicijoje nei kiti; kalbos besimokantis žemesnėje galios pozicijoje, bet siekiantis galios pozicijos; kalbos besimokantis žemesnėje galios pozicijoje, bet nesiekiantis galios pozicijos. Šio tyrimo rezultatai sutampa su kitų socialinės krypties autorių pagrindinėmis prielaidomis apie antrosios kalbos mokymąsi (žr. Norton-Peirce, 1995; Pavlenko ir Blackledge, 2004; Darvin ir Norton, 2015), anot kurių, kalbą besimokančiųjų tapatybė yra sudėtinė, dinamiška, formuojama diskurso ir priklausanti nuo konteksto.

Insufficient analysis of green infrastructure spaces benefit to youth activity promotion in Lithuanian social sciences discourse enabled to formulate scientific problem – what can be possibilities of using green infrastructure spaces while strengthening youth integration and participation in local community? The aim of the article – after analyzing social benefit of green infrastructure spaces to youth, to determine their usage possibilities for strengthening youth integration and participation in local community. Research methods: scientific literature, document analysis and synthesis, abstraction and comparison methods. Šiauliai district Kuršėnai town environmentally directed school’s projects were analysed for the case study. For youth, green infrastructure spaces are the areas for environmental education, health improvement, strengthening of their integration and participation in local community through various activities. Youth gradually become involved into social activity where their status of a passive participant changes into the status of an active participant. Case study can be used by various local actors (other schools, community, teachers, parents etc.) strengthening integration and participation of youth in local community by using GI spaces.

How are developing and what are the promising institutions of social capital formation in rural areas? The purpose of the article is to substantiate the optimal mechanism for the development of social community capital. With the help of comparative studies, we investigated international experience and domestic practice of the formation of formal and informal institutions of communities social capital (we had structured interviews with 200 representatives of Ukrainian territorial communities from rural areas during 2013–2017). The system approach provides to develop principles to a level of a model of co-creation-participation management. Using the methods of strategic management, the authors develop alternative strategies for implementing this model for communities of varying potential. Was allowed the basic principles of the institutional arrangement of the most successful communities. It is proved that the formation of a new type communities based on participation is an innovative model of multifunctional development of society, which allows to multiply the socio-ecological and economic potential of the territories and improve the life quality of the population.

The article deals with the theoretical preconditions of socialization of children with special needs: the diversity of factors, features and conditions determining socialization, the structural elements of socialization model for children with mental disorders are presented and grounded, the peculiarities of their implementation are disclosed when organizing their life and socialization in practical activity in one of new type social institutions where the children with mental disorders live remaining without parents’ care since their birth. The period of 10 years of socialization is researched during which the validity of elements of socialization model was checked by researches of various children activities spheres that grounded the effectiveness and correctness of presented socialization model for children with mental disorders. This is illustrated by the analysis of the data of the empirical research for children with mental disorders where the adaptation of behaviour in socialization sphere of 40 children with mental disorders living in social institution is evaluated. On the basis of the research results the conditions of the main socialization activities influencing socialization are presented as well as the communication preconditions of the handicapped children and pedagogical and social methods of their development, relation with the environment, formation and modification of social behaviour, which is useful for the practical implementation of socialization model.

The article aims to show the influence volunteering has on strengthening social cohesion. This requires dealing with different theories and models to describe and explore the nature of volunteering. A pilot-research was carried out from the theoretical framework. The results of the research show a correlation between the important things in life and the level of influence in this field, the relevance of civic skills and competences, and the role of reflection. The study also provides insight into practice of volunteering in Lithuania.

This paper studies employees’ willingness to participate in implementation of organizational change in 41 Estonian organizations. An explanatory, standardised questionnaire was designed on the basis of models and theories of different authors. As the result of factor analyses 2 indexes have been received: (1) participation and (2) satisfaction.

The European Union (EU) has been building its security and defense policy since the 1990s. The evolution of the Common Security and Defence Policy (CSDP) process has affected the non-EU European NATO members' position in the European security architecture. The differences in the compositions of NATO and EU members have created undesired issues. As a staunch NATO member and an accession country to the EU, Turkey has also been affected by the developments in the CSDP. This article takes Turkey as a case study in analyzing the state of affairs of the involvement of non-EU European NATO members in the CSDP.

Straipsnyje pateikiamas muzikos mokytojo rengimo programos Granados universitete įvertinimas. Pirmoje dalyje aptariamos europinė, nacionalinė ir universitetinė įvertinimo sistemos, kurių pagrindu buvo atliktas įvertinimas. Įvertinimo procesas apima keturių etapų duomenų rinkimo, interpretacijų kėlimo, išorinio įvertinimo ir galutinės ataskaitos rengimas atitinka svarbiausius šios įvertinimo sistemos rezultatus. Antroje dalyje aptariami svarbiausi surinkti duomenys, siūlomos jų interpretacijos ir rekomendacijos įvairiems universiteto padaliniams bei bendruomenėms siekiant pagerinti studijų programos kokybę. Trys įvertinimui pateiktos sritys – tai dėstymas, tyrimai bei įranga ir teikiamos paslaugos. Paskutinėje dalyje pristatomi asmenine patirtimi paremti apmąstymai apie kokybę ir dalyvavimą įvertinimo procese. Tikslas, kurio siekta įvertinimu buvo labiau orientuotas į rezultatyvumą (efficiency), nei į kokybę. Nors studentų, akademinio personalo ir kitų darbuotojų dalyvavimas įvertinime nebuvo aktyvus, galima daryti išvadą, kad jis paskatino juos įsitraukti į bendrą veiklą.
