Akcentuojama rengimo karjerai politikos ir strategijos reikšmė visų amžiaus tarpsnių, socialinės kilmės, lyties ir pan. žmonių socialinei integracijai bei darbo rinkos sistemos funkcionavimo optimizavimui. Nagrinėjami svarbiausi rengimo karjerai politikos klausimai ir socialinių partnerių (ugdymo, profesinio rengimo bei valstybės politikos institucijų, taip pat mokslininkų, darbdavių, pedagogų ir kt.) bendradarbiavimas jos kūrime.

Straipsnyje pateikiamos tyrimo rezultatų pagrindu išryškėjusius tendencijos, kurios yra aktualios turint galvoje busimųjų pedagogų profesinį kryptingumą, karjeros galimybes, pasirengimą realizuoti ugdymo procese visuomenės keliamus reikalavimus.

The aim of the research is to evaluate the methodological and pedagogical technology trends of changes in vocational education and training with regard to the development of students' individuality and sociability. The research aim determined the following research objectives: To evaluate the features of pedagogical paradigms peculiar to Lithuanian vocational and 1. higher education systems. To investigate and evaluate the trends of pedagogical technology development and 2. change under the changing situation in the labour market and educational institutions. Research methods. The article analyses the data of six-year long research, obtained by using general (analysis of scientific literature, systematisation, comparative analysis, statistical research data analysis) and special research methods (questionnaire surveys, phenomenological situation assessment). The research was carried out in the setting of higher education and vocational education and training institutions as well as vocational setting (the world of work). The data obtained from 870 respondents (students, learners, vocational teachers, employers) are analysed. The respondents of agricultural sector vocations dominated in the research.

Susisteminus Lietuvos universitetų pateikiamus duomenis matyti, kad informacijos apimtis apie karjeros galimybes labai skirtinga, todėl siūloma šį sąrašą praplėsti, detalizuoti. Pristatydamos studijų programas, Lietuvos aukštosios mokyklos stengiasi parodyti jų unikalumą, patrauklumą. Tačiau ne mažiau svarbu akcentuoti įgyjamos specialybės svarbą ir poreikį šalies ūkiui. Įvairiose užsienio valstybėse yra gerai išplėtotas karjeros paslaugų tinklas, kuriame visapusiškai, vaizdžiai ir aiškiai atskleidžiama informacija apie tai, kokie gebėjimai reikalingi būsimajam specialistui, kokiose ekonominėse veiklose absolventas gali ieškoti darbo.
67 19 Socialiai reikšmingų individo gyvenimo vaidmenų darna karjeros metodologijoje : pragmatizmo ir holizmo kontekstasItem type:Publication, [The consistency of an individaul's socially significant life roles in career development methodology: the context of holism and pragmatism]research article[2012][S4][S007][14]; ; Vocational Training: Research and Realities / Profesinis rengimas: tyrimai ir realijos, 2012, no. 22, p. 42-55Generally the description of career development methodology and its valuable context gives prominence to professional self-expression motifs based on the philosophy of pragmatism. However, the research in phenomenological cases of a successful career distinguishes the trend which marks that the subjects tend to see their life quality and career success in a qualitative dimension, which marks experienced emotions, rather than in quantitative dimensions (the quantity of tangible products). with this research the authors aimed to evaluate the amount of importance the respondents give to professional self-expression and a career value system, which are based on the philosophy of social constructivism and holism. During the investigation the following hypotheses have been tested: with the dominance of an economical (financial) motif career is usually seen as an unsuccessful; in case an individual is focused on the job content, career is evaluated as a successful; in case an individual considers his/her career a success, economical (financial) motif dominance can be replaced by the job con-tent, responsibility and support of social relations values; self-expression factors in the family are generally seen as the factors of an unsuccessful career, therefore, men more frequently consider their career a success than women.

The article aims to summarize the author's research on methodological concepts and paradigms of vocational training in the context of abstraction of good as a category of morale. It provides a summary of the concept of good in various development stages of professional skills and shows it in the context of philosophies of hedonism, pragmatism, constructivism, progressivism, humanism and holism. Personal harmony of individuality and sociability in job performance is recognised as an important precondition for education and training for life in market conditions, which reflects a holistic concept of the category of good. According to the theoretical and empirical research, the author also discusses the opportunities to make the philosophical context of holistic good more important in the paradigms of vocational training and to reflect it in the terms "vocation", "competence" and "qualification". The research indicates that respondents considering their professional carrier relate their expectations with the holistic philosophy of goodness conception. Therefore the author suggests that in key methodological concepts of professional development, mainly competence, occupation and career, the dimensions of holistic category of goodness were expressed more than pragmatic (economic).Thus in designing vocational curriculum, learners will be more focused on sustainable living values.

; Pedagogika / Pedagogy, 2004, vol. 70, p. 143-148External reasons include particular stages of the education system, and internal reasons include the desire for increased work satisfaction. Each of the theories discussed emphasises the importance of self-knowledge in the decision making process. Self-concept implementation describes the process of choosing an occupation that matches one's image of oneself. It is interesting that women reflect their sense of identity primarily in terms of their connections to others, when men describe their sense of self by differentiating themselves from others in terms of abilities and attributes. The task of this research is to inquire teachers by means of E. Schein questionnaire. We were interested in the teachers' career orientations at Kaunas "Rasos" Gymnasium, Kaunas "Pilėnų" Secondary School and Kaunas "Purienų" Secondary School. The results of the research are as follows: prevailing career orientations of teachers are "job stability",service" and "integration of life styles". Careers orientation "job stability" is predominant irrespective of the teachers' sex, age, teaching experience and the subject taught. Career orientation "service" is desirable for teachers' work.
