    The purpose of the article is to justify the principles of organizational support for the formation of the economic security system of enterprises in the conditions of intellectual and innovative development of society. The methodological basis is a systematic approach, which allows you to study lower-order systems as separate systems that change under the influence of the external environment and are components of higher-order systems, to understand the multitude of interrelationships of components and systems, to obtain a result due to synergy that is greater than the totality of the results of individual components of the system economic security. It has been proven that when organizing the economic security system of an enterprise, specific functions should be taken into account, which should include: analytical, preparatory, protective, and corrective. Organizational support of the enterprise's economic security system involves taking into account such components as: resource support; integration of the economic security system with other enterprise systems; organization of interaction with the company's internal security service and external security entities. The principles of organizational support for the formation of the economic security system of enterprises in the conditions of intellectual and innovative development of society are substantiated. A three-dimensional view of the assessment of the organizational support of economic security is offered in the form of the functional dependence of the economic security system on the performance indicators of the enterprise, the assessment of the objects of protection and the functions of the economic security system.

    The research is devoted to theoretical and applied organizational grounds for evaluating the effectiveness of public administration in the region in the context of the Sustainable Development Goals. The purpose of the article is to substantiate and improve methodological approaches to assessing the effectiveness of public administration in the region in the context of the Sustainable Development Goals. The article tests the authors' hypothesis on the adequacy of substantiation of methodological approaches to assessing the effectiveness of public administration in the region, which leads to the significant implementation of the Sustainable Development Goals. The dependence of the calculations on the selected system of indexes and indicators that determine the current profile of the region is confirmed, it illustrates the state of the economy, human development and environmental safety relative to the reference (average, target, maximum possible under these conditions) state and vector, and also characterizes the direction and speed of the region towards the implementation of the Sustainable Development Goals. It is determined that the largest vector length is in Kherson region, which indicates that in the region on a number of economic indicators achieved higher results during the study period than in other regions of the Black Sea region and on average in other regions of Ukraine.

    Depressive nature of the rural areas development increases the risks of economic security of Ukraine in the space-regional dimension. The diversify economic activity is a strategic tool for minimization of these risks. The purpose of research is the development of priority areas of the diversification of economic activities in rural areas in the context of minimizing the economic security risks. The methodology of research is formed on the basis of such methods as system analysis, synthesis, scientific abstraction, statistical classification, project and organizational method. In the paper the correlation between the diversification of economic activities in rural areas and minimization of economic security risks is analyzed. The author estimates the level of diversification of agricultural production. The growth of rural employment, increase of revenues to local budgets, the formation of added value, improvement and development of human capital, reducing human pressure on natural ecosystems are considered to be the incentives to promote diversification of economic activity. The author proposes the priority areas for diversification of economic activities in rural areas, including the development of rural ecotourism, timber and woodwork industry, fishery, services and trade, alternative energy.

    In the modern globalized world, the issue of ensuring the economic security in countries and sectors as the primary task of protection the national interests from different kinds of threats is particularly relevant. The aim of the research is to develop tools for ensuring the economic security of agrarian sector. The object is the agrarian sector of Ukraine. The period under review is 2012–2017 years. The basis of the study is the data of the State Statistics Service of Ukraine. To evaluation the economic security indexes are used: gross domestic product; labor productivity in the agricultural sector. The ensuring the economic security of the agrarian sector requires the creation of such mechanisms and instruments, which will assure an active investment and innovations activities, growth of production of competitive products, cost-effective operation of enterprises. The research offers a mechanism to ensure the economic security of the agricultural sector, which consists of the following units: information and analytical unit; regulatory influence unit; unit of counteraction to threats and control unit. Also, the relationship between these units in the structure of factors influencing the development of the agricultural sector has been established.

    Monitoring of financial security of the state in the current dynamic conditions of increasing financial globalization occurs with the growing role of the human factor, which occupies a central place in the behavioral approach and substantiates the relevance of this study. The purpose of the article is to formulate the relationship between the behavior of participants in financial relations, their gender balance, the introducing a behavioral approach for monitoring the state of financial security and its level. The methodic of work is based on the usage of the expert estimation method, which made it possible to analyze gender differences in the views of economists of financial security and politics, the scientific positions of male and female economists who work in institutions of higher education and have academic degrees. The results of the study indicate a largest average statistically significant difference between the points of view of women and men is fixed on the following issues: the issue of taxation; attitude towards risk; distribution of budget funds; gender gaps; behavioral aspects. The degree of dependence between the behavior of participants in financial relations, their gender balance and level of financial security, which confirms the need to introduce a behavioral approach for monitoring of financial security of the state, is established.

    In the research it is proved that constant and progressive development of any country is impossible without providing economic and social security processes. The aim of the article is to determine the state and development trends of state and independent professional audit as a key imperative for the formation of economic security. It is justified that due to financial globalization, complexity and versatility of both interstate and domestic correlation, economy development dynamics are sensitive to crisis occurrences. It is concluded that nowadays due to complicated economic and social conditions questions of justification priorities of state and independent audit development during the formation of state’s economic security and the definition of alternative methods of business security are up to date. The state, dynamics and development trends of state and independent external audit were analyzed according to modern economy state. It was defined that audit develops through several key directions that are important for providing the economic security. To increase the positive value of audit in providing the economy security of the state to organizations alternative methods of business protection have to be used alongside with standard audit methods.

    In today's conditions, when a pandemic significantly affects the economy and its security, it is very important to ensure protection both at the state level and at the enterprise level. The most vulnerable are people who, as employees of the enterprise, significantly affect the development of the enterprise. The main goal of the article is to study the process of managing the formation of human capital as the basis of the national economy and ensuring the economic security of the enterprise. The basic components of human capital are determined based on the analysis. It is established that the basic component is knowledge that affects others and in modern conditions of development of the national economy and determines the process of development of human capital. The results of the study allowed us to develop a model for the formation of human capital and to form a mechanism for ensuring the economic security of the enterprise through management of the formation of human capital. Thanks to the methods of analysis and synthesis, a model of human capital management in conditions of ensuring economic security was formed.
