The article deals with the results of the survey on employable age adults’ understanding of lifelong learning relevance and acquisition of the necessary learning skills (cognitive aspect); the relevance of learning for oneself and getting satisfaction from learning (emotional aspect). Data analysis is carried out while taking into account the educational background, age, and seniority factors.
