The main objective was to evaluate changes of texture actinidia fruits in controlled atmosphere storage. Fruit, vegetables and berries are a functional food which consumers increasingly prefer. Fresh berries of actinidia (Actinidia kolomikta (Maxim. & Rupr.) Maxim.) are rich vitamin C – up to 1%, dried berries from 2.3 to 3.3 %, also berries is 6.4 kg-1 of carotene (provitamin A), vitamins B1, B2, E, and P, about 1.5 % of organic acids, phenolic compounds, 6–8 % carbohydrate, 0.8 % pectins, tannin, and other materials. Actinidia fruits skin has a glucosides and alkaloid – actinide. Fresh berries of actinidia can keep only a short time. Chambers of controlled atmosphere storage or packaging in modified atmosphere, not only saves the highest fruit quality, flavor and reduce their storage losses, also prolongs the duration of use. It is very important for farmers to sell grown products profitably.
