Abstract
The article clarifying how teachers feel - other generations members - training the younger generation "Z", which professing totally other values and have different expectations and view of the world nor are they. Because at school are communicating people of different generations, it is difficult to avoid conflict situations between teachers and students. The study analyzes the topic "The resolution of conflicts between teachers and students" and discloses experiences of teachers in solving of conflicts, developing Z-generation students. Using the qualitative content analysis received ten "Conflict resolution" sub-categories and six categories.
