The study aimed to investigate commercial white Cabbages varieties resistance to H. schachtii in vivo conditions. The experiment in vivo was performed Lithuanian Agriculture and Forestry Sciences Center branch of Institute of Horticulture Babtai and Aleksandras Stulginskis University in the laboratory of plant protection methods. Five pots 'Jetma F1', 'Amager Kurzsturnking', 'Zora', 'Brunswick', and 'Kamienna Glow' varieties of white head cabbage seeds were sown 1 cm depth in 2012. July 16 All test each variety planted in 20 pcs. plant. The infection pots for growing plants was carried out nematode cysts on 3 August. Each variety in a container sprouts roots inserting after 5 H. schachtii cyst. For the test was harvested 120 pcs. seedlings and used for 600 pcs. H. schachtii cysts. In field conditions with H. Schachtii contamination, the plants seem devoured victims of drought, water and nutrients to. The experiment was observed for infected plants pots are also emerging such signs, however, obvious changes. The study looked at the white head cabbage surface of the growth dynamics. The plants were measured in a transmission and grubbing up the pots and how many days led to new H.schachtii cysts on plant roots. The plant root nematodes were identified with Berman modified funnel method at room temperature at 2-day exposure and are prepared binokuliaru MБC–1 (Zuckerman et al., 1985; Slepetiene, 1981). Draws attention to the different varieties of plant height and amount of detected parasites noticing that the 'Jetma F1' variety of plants measured on 21 September was the lowest (8.11 cm.), And the amount of parasites found on the plant roots highest (23.44 pc.). At least parasites found on the 'Brunswick' variety (17.74 pc.), plant height was highest (8.18 cm).
