This paper presents a review of the questionnaires for assesment of personal and organizational value congruence. Empirical studies of the 1999–2012 period that considered personal and organizational values congruence have been selected for the sake of review. The biggest focus is on the analysis of questionnaires in order to specify their content, structure and frequencies of usage. The logical scales, subscales and items containing the questionnaire were identified and described for detailing the specifics of the questionnaire. The similarities and differences of the content of the questionnaires constructed by different authors were compared. The strengths and weaknesses of the questionnaires application in empirical studies were evaluated. Review of the questionnaires used in empirical studies to asses personal and organizational value congruence showed that even the most recent studies used the questionnaires that were formed a long time ago and have become classic. Subjective person-organization fit method developed by D. Cable and D. Deru (2002), the method of Organizational Culture Profile developed by A. O’Reilly, A. Chatman (1991) and The Taxonomy of Values method developed by F. Caldwell (1991) and P. McDonald, J. Gdanz (1991) have been commonly used to evaluate personal and organizational value congruence. Only very few studies have been conducted on the basis of new questionnaires formed by the authors themselves.
