In our days more personnel in the organizations need to manage their career and work in multicultural teams, operating both face to face and at a distance. The skills and understanding required for such cross-cultural competence need to be applicable in real life and personal career development. This paper reports on the personnel cross-cultural competence and career development in the small and medium organizations of Lithuania.
