In November 2008 in Kaunas, the continuous international glass art project "Virtum Balticum IV. New and Young " got off the mark and is to be developed also in 2009 by moving the exhibitions currently demonstrated in Kaunas to other cities and towns of Lithuania (Klaipėda, Kėdainiai, Alytus). "NEW AND YOUNG", this year motto of the glass art exhibition "VIRTUM BALTICUM" organised for the fourth time already, was composed as a direct guide to introduction of the young generation of glass men as well as to display of glass in the role of a rather young professional branch of art in the Baltic States.[...]
