Abstract
Master thesis consists of introductory part, two main parts, conclusions and recommendations. In the first part of the work, after the performance of theoretical analysis, it was determined that the process of moral education individualization when preparing students for the activity in social environment is conditioned by the process of collaboration of teacher with the students when preparing moral education programmes. In order to obtain the optimum result when individualizing moral education programmes, coordination of the process and determination of objective individualization indicators facilitating the process of individualization and enabling to forecast the expected result are necessary. Individual familiarity of child, application of educational environment, selection of means and methods as well as the assessment of the result are important. Leadership and service are different activities according to their purposes, however, they are quite similar by their properties and do not oppose the valuables, which should be educated during moral education lessons – many of them coincide and complement each other. Properties of both the leadership and the service are spread gradually within the whole content of moral education programmes. In the second part of the work, by empirical research, it was determined that even if fractionally, but the participants of the research are more subject to the leadership rather than the service, but during moral education lessons they are prepared more for the service than the leadership. The individualization of moral education programmes proceeds through the process of collaboration of teachers with students, however, teachers insufficiently take into account needs and bents of students, and students themselves are insufficiently interested in that their proposed topics would be taught during moral education lessons.
